How the Adviser Support System Works

 

In summary:

  • A Licensed Adviser is entitled to free Marketing and Technical Support on the terms of the Marketing Licence;

  • Advisers are encouraged to adopt a cyclical, proactive marketing strategy (rather than a reactive approach);

  • Client and Centre of Influence Meetings are conducted during cyclical, four-to-six-weekly Marketing Trips to each capital city at no additional cost to the Adviser or Client;

  • An indicative “One Page Succession Plan” is prepared at a Client Meeting;

  • The One Page Succession Plan enables the Adviser to make a comprehensive Insurance Proposal with respect to the Needs of the Business after the Meeting;

  • The involvement of Clover Law in this process overcomes any Adviser or Client concerns about legal, technical and taxation issues;

  • The involvement of Clover Law allows the Adviser to focus on insurance and commercial issues; and

  • Advisers acquire substantive skills and confidence while participating in the Client Meetings.
